  1. How do I reset my password?

  3. What payment method do you accept?
    For international orders (out of Malaysia) - American Express Card, Visa Card and MasterCard are accepted. Payment can be made on our website by selecting the payment method labelled American Express, Visa and MasterCard

    For orders made within Malaysia - American Express Card, Visa Card, MasterCard, Debit cards and online banking payment via all major banks in Malaysia are accepted. We also provide option to make manual payment via online transfer or offline Cash Deposit to our banking account. For manual payment, you will be required to email mail@stickwitme.com for instruction to purchase and complete your payment.

  4. How do I make payment?
    You can easily make secured payment via:
    • Online Banking - Select iPay88 to perform internet banking via Malaysian banks (Maybank2u.com, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, PBe, Alliance Online, Ambank, RHB Now, iRakyat, Affin Bank, BSN and FPX)
    • Credit/Debit Cards - Select iPay88.
  5. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do! Please refer to the Delivery Page for more information on the delivery fees and estimated delivery period.
  6. How do I purchase your bag?
    Kindly follow the simple steps below:
    1. Log on to www.stickwitme.com
    2. Go to the product page that you are interested in.
    3. Click on the 'BUY NOW' button.
    4. Click on the 'VIEW CART' button.
    5. Proceed with simple registration and complete your payment.
  7. Why is the bag sold out although I have managed to Add To Cart?
    We are sorry if you were unable to complete your order. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase until you have completed the checkout process. Our system has 7 minutes reservation time function. Customers who manage to reach the Checkout page first, will get to reserve the products for 7 minutes in order to make payment. If they failed to make payment, the products will be made available for purchase again on the website.
  8. Why is my order status 'Unfulfilled'?
    The 'Unfulfilled' status indicates that your order has yet to be sent out. Once your order is sent out, you will receive an email with the tracking number and your order status will be changed to 'Fulfilled'.
  9. Where is my order confirmation?
    Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.
  10. Can I track the status of my order?
    When you place an order we will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched.
  11. Can I amend my shipping address/method for my confirmed order?
    If you realized that your shipping address/method is inaccurate, kindly email us the following details and we will try to amend your order accordingly;

    Note that our warehouse moves really fast to ship your orders as soon as they are confirmed. For ready stock items, we only have a window of 2 hours in order to amend your order.

  12. What happens if no one's in when my parcel's being delivered?
    You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office.
  13. Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
    Custom or Import are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable in domestic delivery.
  14. Will the sold out bags be restocked?
    Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however we regularly update our site so it's worth checking back.
  15. I have made payment weeks ago but I have not received my order.
